What is your primary product or service?
EyeSight Hawaii offers our patients the latest technology for their eye care needs, including LASIK or PRK Eye Surgery, Cataract Eye Surgery, Corneal Transplant, Dry Eye Therapy and more.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
John Olkowski, M.D. is the founder and chief surgeon of EyeSight Hawaii. He is a fellowship-trained corneal surgery specialist practicing in Hawaii since 1990. He has performed thousands of laser vision correction surgeries, even on other LASIK surgeons. He is experienced in corneal and refractive surgeries including LASIK, PRK, Cataracts and Corneal Transplants.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
At EyeSight Hawaii, our sights are set on creating the highest quality experience for each patient. We are proud to offer the most advanced eye surgery, laser vision corrections procedures and eye care since 1999. Dr. Olkowski has been awarded Top Doctors in Hawaii and Top Doctors in America year after year by his peers. How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
EyeSight Hawaii's primary locations is in Honolulu, Hawaii. We also have a secondary location in Kahului, Maui. We are excited to announce that we are expanding our Maui location beginning August 2016. Dr. Catherine Makin, D.O., will be joining our practice as the medical director and chief eye surgeon at EyeSight Hawaii - Maui.

EyeSight Hawaii - Honolulu is located at The Shops at Dole Cannery (650 Iwilei Road, Suite 210, Honolulu, HI 96817). EyeSight Hawaii’s Honolulu main office is located just minutes from downtown Honolulu. Our beautiful office offers a comfortable, relaxing environment combined with a convenient location and ample parking. EyeSight Hawaii's secondary location in Maui is located in the 4-story Kahului Building at 33 Lono Avenue, Suite 260, Kahului, HI 96732. EyeSight Hawaii in Maui is just 15 minutes from Wailea and 30 minutes from Lahaina. We are on the 2nd floor of the 4-story Kahului Building, located at the corner of Kaahumanu and Lono Avenue.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards and financing through CareCredit.
Which areas do you service?
We service the entire state of Hawaii and those that travel to Hawaii.
