We have private VACATION rooms at various prices according to the amenities, size of room, and single, double or queen bed. ?The Sunset Suite? is a 3 bedroom unit on the ground floor with a shared kitchen equipped with sink, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric can opener and two burner gas stovetop just outside on patio, shared living room area with t.v. and bathroom with shower, The two private rooms with a single bunk bed for two guests is priced at $60 plus tax ($68.40), the double/single bunk-bed room is $75 plus tax ($85.50).
?The Ocean-view Deck and Suite? is a 2 bedroom unit with a large deck with mtn/ocean views on the 2nd floor above the Sunset Suite. This unit includes air conditioning and t. v. in the rooms. The rooms each have a double/single bunkbed and are priced at $95 plus tax (per room)($108.30) . The unit has a shared kitchen, living room, bath, and large Deck with table,chairs,umbrella and grill.
The ?Mauka Home? is nestled in the back of the property and has a sideyard, 3 bedrooms, larger kitchen, bath, living room and dining table. Each room also has a Double/single Bunkbed for two, AC and TV in rooms for $85 plus tax each room (96.90).
The Largest Frontal Ocean-view Home is called ?The Pacific Breeze? home with (2) queen bedrooms on the first floor for $105 plus tax per room(119.70). These two queen rooms do not have bath within room but share the large main bath. The queen bedroom with private bath within room on first floor is priced at $120 plus tax (136.80). All three queen rooms on the first floor share an ocean view front porch, foyer, dining area, fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor of the Pacific Breeze home are deluxe queen rooms (much larger 3 x) with private baths. The Ocean-view Queen suite w/ covered, furnished lanai is $185/night plus tax($210.90)) and for the Mountain--View Queen Suite, private bath (no lanai), the price is $165 /per night plus tax($188.10) . We have a five night minimum(from 11/15-2/15) for advanced reservations on private rooms although less than five nights can be reserved closer to the arrival date and also in some exceptions.
